"Breathe" neon light on living plant wall to convey a feeling of calm and peace

You look like you have it together—but feel overwhelmed inside.

When life feels heavy, it can be hard to slow down, make sense of what’s going on, or know where to start. You may be overthinking, feeling emotionally drained, or not quite like yourself. You don’t have to navigate this alone—support is here when you need it.

Support is here when you need it.

Hi, I’m Allison Clay, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 20 years of experience providing virtual therapy. I work especially well with high-functioning adults who appear “fine” on the outside but feel overwhelmed internally—often dealing with anxiety, stress, mood challenges, or life transitions.

My approach is warm, grounded, and collaborative. I won’t just listen—I’ll help you understand what’s happening, gently challenge patterns that aren’t working, and offer practical tools you can use in your daily life.

Many clients I work with feel:

  • Overwhelmed and mentally exhausted

  • Stuck in patterns of overthinking

  • Disconnected from themselves

  • Unsure how to move forward

You don’t need to have it all figured out to begin. If you’re considering reaching out, it’s okay to feel unsure—we can take it one step at a time.

“Allison listens and gives me a lot of food for thought that allows me to reflect outside of our session. It allows us to have conversations at each session that allow me to feel more understood and appreciative of myself."
